I wanna go to a dubstep rave, but i dont know what to expect?

I really like dubstep music, but according to the comments i have been
reading on youTube, the only sort of people who listen to it are those
who like to defecate and ejaculate, and I really do not want to be
covered in faeces and semen.......but at the same time I really wanna
go to a rave. What to do? How do i go to a rave without getting mucky?
